Concrete Power Initiatives is a faith-rooted nonprofit organization based in Richmond, Virginia, serving families across Northern Virginia, Central Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Our mission is to empower, support, and restore families with children of incarcerated or absent parents, helping them break cycles of pain and build foundations of purpose, healing, and hope.

We believe that even when life feels broken, something strong and lasting can be built — just like concrete. Through mentorship, family engagement programs, youth development, and community partnerships, we work to create spaces where children and caregivers can thrive emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
